I got an update today that my case is being actively reviewed and no additional documents are required at this point ... Kindly enlight me, what is going to be the next step, decision ?

@Irfan Gill if it's for I 130, and you get the AR it is probably because you are getting an approval soon. Look at your petitioner's online account, and see if you got an approval notice under document tab.

still.long way to go i m standing on.270 days still nothing once this phase over
then you have to wait 1 year or more for the visa interview , bcuz aUS ekbassy islamabad is too slow.and bcuz of.afghnis we are stuck ,

@Irfan Gill are you currently in the US and filed adjust status also? I’m my situation, we completed the biometrics, and received EAD in less then 2 months. Our I130 and I485 are both in active review status
My case timeline:
7/19 - I-130 submitted online
7/24- I-485, I-131, I-765 received
8/17- I-130 actively reviewed status
8/17 - RFE requested
8/19- RFE submitted
9/7- Biometric completed
9/8- I-485 actively reviewed status
9/8 - EAD approved

@Irfan Gill sadly you have to wait a minimum of one year ir you’re overseas. 😞, ive been waiting for 311 days .. and still waiting! my PD is November 2,.. maybe next month i can be approve or maybe not😞 everything is in God’s hands right now ❤️
