Spouse Application from Ghana
Does anyone know the application processing time for spousal visa from Ghana? Also, do you need to file for I-824 with the I-130? (A few countries in Asia require you to file both I-130 and I-824).

I filed for my husband who is in Ghana. We only filed an I-130 & we have a lawyer. My PD is Aug 2023 and the USCIS website says 3 months left!

You only have to file the i-824 if you made a mistake on I-130.
