Google ask Emma and click on the result that just says Ask Emma. Then go to the uppder right hand corner and you will also see an Ask Emma icon

it says on the upper right hand corner "Ask a Question" that's where you click

when I ask Emma, it just gives you link having details of what number to call . is that it or does emma put request for you during the chat itself

tell her that you need a live agent, then she'll show you a bunch of options, you select technical difficulties but that would only show if the agents are still working at this time, I don't know when they close
