hi, I requested to expedite my case and it was given to a tier 2 officer, I got an email to say within 10 days I will hear back from them. got an email a day or so later saying 10 days for a officer to reach out. on the 9th day I got another email, and that said your inquiry will be looked at and a tier 2 officer will contact you within 10 days, I’m currently on day 18 (counting from the first 10 day notice)

a tier 2 officer called Me and said my case will be adjudicated befor the 17 of may,now is June nothing.
