Sooooooo Slow!
It's taking soooo long. My mom won't buy me a house unless the GC is secured. I really need a bigger place to live with my 18months baby. My mom willing to pay $3500/mo rent but not owning one. 1B Apt is soooo small. I feel so sorry to my baby. She needs bigger room to play around.

@fruit fruity I hate moving. I moved 6 times in 10yrs. I just don't wanna move anymore. I don't have a car so I live close to my work. I should move to a better place and get a car. Now I have a car because my child needs out out out everyday. Just wanna get the green card and get life "back to normal".

@YUF Y at least they say home prices will go down. There’s at least this positive side, so when you choose your home, at least think you’ll get a much better deal than what you’d have gotten one year ago. I hope this helps a little. If you’re still anxious about it, why don’t you take the time to plan a somewhat complicated but worthy project, like a Montessori bedroom for your child? (it’s a design style that focus on helping the children develop basic skills and competences, I’m not sure if you’d be interested in that, some argue it’s not necessary)
