Something is wrong…
I applied on January 2024 and received a Request for Evidence (RFE) with only one page. It simply requested my bachelor’s degree without specifying any particular requirements or criteria neither prongs.
I responded by stating that I was enrolled in an MBA (Master of Business Administration), which is a master’s degree. I was surprised that the agent had asked for my bachelor’s degree when I was actively pursuing a master’s degree.
I submitted my response in October 2024, but it has been a year since then, and I have not received any response. This situation has been causing me significant stress.

Do you realize that you did not respond correctly?
They asked about your bachelor degree and that has nothing to do with a master's degree.

Hi Paulo, did you send you Bachelors Degree?
Gustavo CarmonaOct 13, 2025
You need to send your Bachelor Degreee (validated and translated) is all.
I would liked to have that kind of RFE and not two of the 3 prongs!
