I don't know exact time but last year when my Son and Daughter arrived, they had to go Social office, applied there and came by mail in a week.

ours took a month and work permit took another extra month but it’s different for everyone

it is a hit or miss

thanks everybody I applied in person too today instead of just waiting for it to arrive

we went to ssa to apply but they said it’s been applied already so just wait. it has been 2 weeks already but nothing in mail yet.
