We will send you a notice if we need additional evidences. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address”” this is the notice I saw after the initial receipt acknowledgment.

I haven’t received anything in the mail nor has my lawyer. I did submit an inquiry but I have not heard back. I plan to call them on Monday

I guess you still have to play the waiting game. I would give USCIS a call though.

I called and they told me that my case got transferred to Vermont in December and and didn’t get any notice. is there anything I can do? now I have to wait for 40 months. this is devastating

I am not an experienced user, but I would suggest contacting your local congressman and having them write to uscis about your case, also, sometimes sending an expedite also seems to have some weird way of getting your case moving even when the expedite is denied. Those are the two options I can think of right now. - Check forums online about having your local congressmen contact uscis. I would also check out Hacking Immigration YouTube channel about ways to speed up your case. good luck!
