So frustrating!!!
Seems am the only one that is not approved yet. Have been cracking my head on how this whole thing works.
My case have been transferred 3 times
Nebraska, Vermont now in Potomac.
Case was transferred to Potomac on the 30th of June, till now nothing. Is approval base on backlog in the beneficiary’s country or when one’s case get transferred it start all over again? I’m lost and frustrated. My heart is broken 😡

i feel you.. 477 days here. case has been transferred 3 times too… nothing we can do but wait… i lost hope…

@Mrs E. U just have to take it easy & be calm. Getting worried 😟 about USCIS & their delays will not help your situation at all. We that are here in the United States are not even finding it funny.

@Mrs E. our cases, Service Centers, Field Offices, Field Officers, Embassies/Consulates, Processing times are different so U don't have to compare your case with another. My Service Center is National Benefit Center, my Field Office Queens processing time is currently 31.5 months & my case has just been transferred back there. I know my case is just lying there dormant. What can we do other than to pray & leave it in the hands of God. My advice to U now is to give your case another one year. I I-130 takes a long time to process & get approval & those of U filing from outside, it's becoming an issue with so much delay.

@Mandy US Citizen filing for my spouse why do they move cases almost when they are almost a year is crazy

Those of us whose I 30 was retained and asked to file I 824, we are in another sphere of frustration, I literally have given up worrying, I don't need extra stress anymore, Pd sep 2022
