Slow movement again.
Over the past two and a half months, we noticed a lot of activity with the 2021 cases — but suddenly, everything seems to have come to a halt again. Any idea what might be?

people are getting approved but the issue some applicants are facing is because of 7% cap country rule. so if you are from one of the countries who has already reached the 7% cap limit you have to wait even if you are current.

You can see in this table published by USCIS how many I-140 petitions each country has and then it will be easier to understand who is close to the 7% per country cap.

everyone from 2021 case is getting green card but 2020 cases went cold 🥶. i did not see anyone getting GC from 2020 cases

look at this table, it's a little different, you need to scroll to the very end and there is a list of all countries with the number of i-140 petitions
