When was your I-360 sumbited and accepted, and did you request deffered action, or did they automatically grant it to you?

@J L automatic grant I was approved in Apr 2025 and got it automatically

si bro yo la tengo ya aprobada pero no me recibieron el I765 porque la g325a en parte 3 tiene para el permiso de trabajo por ese te preguntaba si usted también llenó la g325a con la parte 3

@Alexander s sorry I didn’t mean I got approved. I meant my priority date was April 2025. That makes way more sense why you got automatically considered.

@Alexander s yes I applied for deffered action in march; however, I’m a little nervous because lawyers submitted an I-765 alongside the written deferred action request.

@J L that would make no sense if he applied for da he was supposed to check the box inside the g325 form to request work permit

@Alexander s he didn’t submit a form g325. he claimed that he reached out to uscis and they said he can just submit a formal written request. I didn’t believe him, but after reading the April policy memorandum I was able to conclude that a formal writing is in fact an alternative to the form G-325a.

@J L what part of the Apr 10 memo it says that formal writing is an alternative ?????

On page seven, paragraph 4, it states that, “like any other alien subject to removal, may request deferred action in writing or through the submission of Form G-325A.”
