@Emon Ahmed You need to select "All Field Offices," not "SCOPS." If you select "SCOPS," it shows 40 months, but if you select "All Field Offices," it shows 9 months that is correct.

Unless your case is in the "scops" system, I think all SIJS cases are processed at the National Benefit Center.
