you submitted the case inquiry that my case is outside processing time??? im waiting from couple of months even everything is done before June 6 25 policy change? now why i am not getting my EAD??

just nothing else to wait that it us new change of policy so there is high chance to get EAD based on deffered action but can't guarantee as like no body knows that they can change the deffered action policy which they did on June 6 25

even if we will get the approval it will be delayed as of 2 of the people @simran kaur and @ amrik singh have filed their EAD based on deffered action i765 c14 SIJS from October, November 2024 so what can we expect now ?? i Don't know why they introduce this cruel policy even without thinking about the survival in USA without EAD and SSN

if I-765 is expected do you have right to work till they can send you renewal EAD?

@simran kaur okkk but it's very difficult situation then .... i was expecting that its mentioned on policy alert that existing deffered action remains valid untill expiration then technically if deffered action is valid then EAD also must be issued based on valid deffered action? That's why no one is sure nothing to do every one is hopeless at this point

@simran kaur i also have only the base of SIJS case and no other basis for employment authorization but now from june 6 25 im also completely out if my mind that how people are going to survive without EAD in this country

Submitted at Sept.9,2024 and I just received the congressional office email to told me USCIS just approved my case today but nothing shows in my USCIS account.

@simran kaur I apply December 16 and USCIS received December 21 and january 1 request for biometri appointment january 20 after next day january 21 approval my i 765 c(14)

USCIS will no longer grant deferred action to SIJ petitioners whose visa numbers are not yet available… and will no longer accept or adjudicate Form I-765 filed under category (c)(14) based on a grant of deferred action”. So from my understanding, since they used the word “adjudicate”, it’s very likely that they’ll simply ignore and forget all the pending I-765 cases unless there’s a new policy issued or proposed …?
