Hey guys I have a question here! I’m kind a confused here and I don’t have a lawyer to ask When do you suppose to apply on a green card if you have I-360 ? 2) What happened if you applied when your pd is not current? Do you get rejected or u they will put you on a pending (3) Can you get on advance parole before your pd date? I need answers for those thanks

They will reject it. your pd should be current when you apply for i485 and advance parole.

heyy When I applied for the I-360, I also applied for the green card and gave my fingerprints. I’m still waiting. Does this mean that my priority date is current?

@jake leo no is not current you will need yo wait but I don’t know if someone can apply 360 and I-485 at the same time ( I sent my I-360 then I wait for my pd current after my pd get current I send my I-485

No PD is challenging but if your 360 gave you clearly that you can apply for 485, you can do that and you will get approval of work permit and parole and wait for approval of green card but if not, don’t do.
