#sij 1485 and 1765 filling Fees
I just want to know if there is a filling for 1485 and 1765 for the sij recipient and how much are they respectively..

although pd was not current when I filed but they mentioned the reasons why they rejected it and one of it is that there is a payment to be made for. both the 1485 and 1765 it was filed December last year .. any recent filers give update please my lawyer says it’s around 1440$

there’s no fee for filling i485 & i131 under sij cases

shouldn’t you pay $280 fee for i765 . that one not waived but not sure
