SIGN OUR PETTITION AGAINST VISA CAP FOR SIJS
End the SIJS Visa Cap Now!
There are over 200,000 youth waiting for protection under SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status), but only 10,000 visas are available per year. At this rate, some young people could wait 20 years just to get legal status.
This is unacceptable. Every child deserves safety, stability, and the chance to build a life in the United States without decades of uncertainty.
Sign the petition to end the SIJS visa cap and give these youth the opportunity they deserve. We cannot wait 20 years for justice.

S.1965 aims to remove employment-based immigrant visa caps for children who have been:
• abused,
• abandoned, or
• neglected,
and who have been classified as Special Immigrant Juveniles (SIJs) under U.S. immigration law.
The bill seeks to ensure that vulnerable immigrant youth with SIJ status are not forced to wait years due to visa backlogs in the EB-4 category.
