Your profile is strong but you are not working in pure sciences like physics, chemistry, biology and engineering. So, you might get RFE but I believe that you will get approval. In Reddit, people with good citations are posting about rejection and they are mostly working in artificial intelligence, which is not a pure science or technology.

I would recommend you to submit I485 right now and wait for the decision of regular processing. Someone in Reddit did it in October and he got the approval of I140 and I485 both recently.
