should I pay for PP at this stage?
My PD became current today but I am still waiting to receive a response on my NIW request. Does any of you honestly think that I should pay for Premium Processing at this point? thanks in advance #niw #PP

if I were you I will pay for PP, get my approval and go straight to adjustment of status

No. I wouldn't if your NIW is solid. I would rather submit I485 application

hang tight if your application is solid, u still have some time and not immediate career plans based on i 140

I'm also with Nebraska center and I'm worried about RFEs at this center cause RFEs sometimes work like a reset in time in this center. You don't want to wait another 17-18 months to get your RFE response proccessed. If I were you I would go for PP and saved my mental energy for my other tasks. But It really depends on your personal decision. If your current status is safe enough to work in the US and you are very patient, you can wait. For me, I just want to file 485 asap so I can have the Green Card asap.

I have almost the same dates as you and still waiting for a decision after RFE, however, in you check the USCIS website in the page of processing times, there is a message telling that they are prioritizing cases for which there is an available visa. my lawyer said that it is not recommended at this time because he has seen more scrutiny. I’ll wait for a couple of months to see what happens, if not, I’ll go for PP

I did PP after applied. got approved in 1.5 months

your file date is current, i would apply pp

I've decided that if Bulletin current dates will come 3 month close to my PD and my case still not approved then I will go for PP.
So my advice is: Do it! :)

I paid PP and my I-140 got approved today.
I am not happy with my lawyer. I am not sure about the next steps.
Any advice?
