should i file for a k-3?
after reading a lot of people filing for the k-3, i started wondering if i should, too?
i live in germany and my husband is a US citizen, we filed the I-130 on october 27th. our status is still “case received and notice sent”.
what are your experiences? is it too late for me to file for a K-3? would it even make sense??? please help!!

listen ,I file my 130 in April and I don't have news.for this journey you gonna need patience and don't file unnecessary forms just for have attention.just stick to your file and stop Wondering.people who send the files in sep, oct,Nov ,dic has more chances to don't get stuck in the backlog like MINE. .You sending another file you are jeopardizing all the cases and contributing to more backlog

Hi Nina, what are you saying? when did you file as to why you are in a backlog? where can we go to read on the updates of the service speed or protocols at these service stations... do you know?

My priority date is 10/14/2021 for I-130 and 11/01/2021 for K-3. As of 02/20/2022, my case is on actively being reviewed. I think yes, you should file K-3, it’s free and you have nothing to lose.
