how long did it took you to get receipts and biometrics ?

i think you should try expediting to get ur EAD/Ap if you want to use it

I got my receipts in one week and biometric scheduled in one month

Ben - I believe only your employer can file to expedite the I-140 via premium processing.

I am aware Lilo, I was given the option to expedite I-140 in my expense, otherwise it was regular processing

I'm not sure if expediting the I-140 makes any difference in when you get your combo card or green card. My understanding is that it's mainly beneficial when you're out of the country as you can't apply for your immigrant visa until the I-140 is approved. I'm assuming that if you expedite the I-140 now you'll just have a longer gap between I-140 approval and I-485 approval (with that approval probably coming string the same time it would have come without expediting the I-140 unless there is an exceptional delay on your I-140).
