Did you check the document section?

That happened to us yesterday. I searched the entire portal and did not see any changes in status, history, or new documents. Nothing to worry about, this happens at times. For us, we have had documents added to our case in the past, yet nothing changes in the status.

don’t be worried!!! it means they’re reviewing your case. give it a day or 5 and maybe you get approval.

@w s I chat with a live agent. she said the update is that the case transfer to field office in San Antonio. this is the City I live. hope I get approved

@Jamaican Girl Mo some cases get approved right away and some sit. there’s no way to know, but think positive!

@Jamaican Girl Mo Today we received an email stating that my husband's AOS was approved. We were fortunate because our AOS only took 2 months. I know others have reported anywhere from 3 to 9 months (realizing ALL cases are different).
