after sending the rfe in dec it got approved in may now? it took 5 months for them to send the approval ? I was to listen some good news by next month since rfe got submitted in April

Yes and No. the RFE for I-465 i got it was about long birth certificate and latest version form for taxes. These mistakes made by my attorney delayed approvals for the whole my cases even the work permit. the fact I got my work permit means that they review my RFE I-485. So I got partially approved only for I-765 due to the long birth certificate updated through my RFE of December 2022.
RFE could delay the whole immigration process up of 90 days, for me it was 5 mints instead of 3.

I got my rfe affidavit of support page missing and I submitted on March 20 -2023 and still nothing changed my status NBC very slow
