I'm confused I heard we are not allowed to apply for I 485 and until I 130 is approved can someone explain how the process works we been waiting over 100 days

Hi Sarah, concurent filling of I485 and I130 is allowed while the beneficiary is already in the USA via different visa and also the petitioner is an us citizen.
