Thanks for sharing @kar C I rmb us at the same Nov 23 ‘PD Nebraska - still waiting too - but I saw someone and others here with an approval few days ago (with the same 100-120 days range too) but they filed to Texas! so seems Texas looks like a 4 month faster time now and Nebraska is looking like 5-6 months - I pray ours comes fast too!

@Sodo 11 It seems that there were some cases in that range of time being discussed that had an answer, but it's important to consider various factors such as the officers' knowledge and the complexity of the cases. At this point, it seems like waiting patiently with faith is the best course of action.

almost same exact PD, got my approval two days ago, EB2-NIW-ROW. When do you think you will file AOS?

@Sodo 11 154 days here with Texas. I don't think your statement is true. it varies case by case.

My PD is May 22, 2023 and still waiting for approval from Nebraska office.

@adam smith Hey Adam, well you have to wait to be current to go next step in your case… if I’m not mistaken the PD are on FEB 23’ to submit., we have to wait till November 23’ comes, in my case I’m not yet approved the i140, so I’m crossing fingers for it to happen soon, and then wait till November becomes current to go for the next step AOS.
