Service Request Response….good news?
I eventually got a response from USCIS on my I485 which is currently outside of processing time. Unsure what the below means…..good news? I have not done a medical yet, either have my family. The status of this service request is: We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days. We hope this information is helpful to you.

I did get one last month, but it was not as specific as this? You think this is just standard then?

looks this one specific as its mentioned the office and days. The standard one is without time and officer.. Good luck!

It has since been transferred to NBC, 22.04. TSC, now NBC. PD Feb 2020. I140 approved Sep 2020.

waw - Goo luck. Did you ever speak to someone after you posted, l am tired of raising service requests. PD April 2020, ended up changing from employer A to Employer B in may 2021 before they approved employer A's 140. New i140 approved Dec 2021. Two year EAD Jan2022. USCIS interlinked old i-485 March 2022. l received slightly similar message to yours "The status of this service request is: Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter. We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience. May 2022 employer A's i140 was Denied. Still waiting. what was you original field office?

I just read someone just got an i485 rfe for medicals PD April 2019 from TSC. They could currently working on 2019?

It really depends, it may have taken them longer to get their I140 approved.
