Service request no response
hello all,
I raised a service request via Emma agent in Nov 1..was told response would come in 30 days and then there is no response nor any update on case
mine is STEM extension OPT
..guys were any1 if you had a successful service request response???

same with me. I was given a reference number via live agent. she said 7days for a respond. were you given a reference number?

i had same scenario where SR was created but no response until 30 days. so i created another one and got approved in 4 days
