Service Request: Expediate EAD
Hi guys, I submitted service request on 12/8/2023, after several follow-ups with call center, when I checked today the status updated to a response was sent. I never received any email or post. I’m confused where the response was sent and the outcome. Thoughts please?

@Mr Whiz they replied with a regular mail, my guess is that you should receive the response by the end of next week. it takes around 30 days to respond, so the probably just sent it
