Hello everyone,
I submitted the service request on April 1st. I haven’t received a response yet. I chatted to Emma with live agent. Two ladies said they saw the target date for the response will be by June 24th. Does anyone have the same experience? Will USCIS send me a response by that day?

the same with me. they always copy and paste. After 63 days I received email response for my service request, they say my PD is not current, but my PD was current over 2 months ago. lols don’t believe them !
