@D A I hope you get good news from that. My case was approved yesterday, and my dependent is still showing interview was scheduled. I hope they are able to approved it soon.

first one generic.. second one said they need 90 days to respond due to high volumes.. both got updated in emails

@T Y I called to 800-375-5283, listened to all the new policies etc, after when they suggested to tell the reason of the call , I said “infopass” they connected to the live agent . she was nice , checked all the info , said it looks like my case is stuck in NBC, said that sent a message to the assigned officer .

@D A Yes, we had our interview same time in December of 2023.
