@S@R H@L yes keep bugging until you get the decision .. out of experience without that too many requests, phone calls , Emma chats, congressman inquiries and the dhs ombudsman office I won’t have my approval I submitted my RFE for medical on Feb/20 they updated the status to RFE received on may 26 and I received the approval on July 4th

@roro i sent my medicals May l, but I don't have an rfe for it just a courtesy email sent to me. I went ahead and submitted my medical and other documents.. i have no updates until now. Emma agent said they received it, but no confirmation on my account. I don't know if i should call. Currently, im doing expedite for EAD.. i requested on my own and through congressman. I agree you have to be persistent. I applied for an AP expedite back in April... I was really focused on getting it. I'm glad I did an AP expedite. I travelled home to see my family. Best decision for me.

same here @ryo san i got an email to submit medicals on march 27 and i submitted them in person on april 11 but on my online account nothing is mentioned which FO are u?

@roro April 2022 what is the best way to get in touch with a live agent?

@ryo san call the contact center and make sure they have received anything from you .. you can say lost receipt number to get a live agent over the phone make sure to write down the time you called , the agent ID number and the date your medical attached to your case .. you can use this information when ever you decide to move forward with the ombudsman office

@S@R H@L It was indicated on the courtesy email that my FO is ( Santa Ana CA). Initially, my was case was processed in NBC with IOE receipt. .

@ryo san @S@R H@L so this is what I figured out after I received my approval whenever you send the medical to the field office they will review your RFE and if they decide if you will have interview or no if no they will transfer your file back to the nbc for the final decision my case was at Brooklyn FO and the approval came from nbc .. when I sent my medical I sent it to Brooklyn FO

@roro April 2022 I was wondering about the email that USCIS sent me lately asking for the EAD expedite evidences. The address indicated is NBC Missouri where my case was processed originally. . I did my AP expedite at a local field office and even sent my medical to FO Santa Ana. You think they sent my case back to NBC Missouri. I'm confused. Thank you for the prompt reply @roro April 2022 .

@ryo san EAD & AP mainly processed at nbc I-485 & I-130 at local Filed office when they finish reviewing it and they decide no interview they transfer it back to the nbc

@roro April 2022 i have tried to submit a service request online but they told me that for i485 i cannot do that! any idea? i couldnt call today i am at work

@S@R H@L you have to choose others for the form sub type you can’t choose the family based adjustment of status option it won’t allow you to submit your request I tried the option I mentioned above several times and I was able to receive the response within a week

@S@R H@L you can ask Emma live agent where my case at right now ? and see what the agent will say also the online service request can tell where when you receive the response by mail it should have the address you receive the response from

@roro April 2022 i just realized that my service request number ends with NEW which is newark fo abbreviation does that mean that my file is still at newark fo? I couldnt know from emma yesterday where my file is at
