hello of anyone have luck with the service request! my RFE was received on april 20Th today i talk with and agent a he summit a service request and he told me like a have to wait a month to get a response by email, so i dont know what to believe at this point

when you said “received”, is it the status on your account that says rfe evidence received? or just delivered by courier?

if you don’t get an email within a month, submit another SR. my first one was completely ignored
