it’s freaking insane. cases are adjudicated randomly. officers have no shame

i had a call with tier 2 officer and she told me that ill get an update in 5 days! she just lied to finish the call. 94% of uscis budget is coming from our fees and they are absolutely not responsible for handling cases haphazardly.

it seems like TSC never approve anybody. and they seem to forget to transfer some cases like mine and yours.

EB1 a seems to be the slowest…my pd is august 2022 - aos filed December 2022. stuck on fingerprints applied since January 2023.

@Suzy K same here. received combo card in july, i-485 moved to chicago fo on june 1st 2022 and haven’t heard back since. Eb1a PD May 05 2022, fingerprints Jan 25 2023.

Stupid people have time and money to provide 500k AP to prople who haven’t contributed a single dime to economy. And now, AP renewals are taking 1 year - so when you receive your AP( if you are lucky, I am not) then immediately file for renewal. here law abiding, tax filing honest people are suffering. govt with t$ debt gets into stupid wars, mindless loan forgiveness and what not but doesn’t have staff to aid these orgs. You know what if these stupid can charge 2500$ for citizenship renunciation, I think they are top level criminals. I am too late to move out of shitty place. Guess, waiting is the name of the game

don’t they have their backs covered with the ridiculous processing times?@GreenCard EB1-1A they transferred my cases to newark fo, didn’t send me a transfer notice and processing times showing 25 months- why would they even claim they send to fo for faster processing? my local fo processing times is much shorter…

@GreenCard EB1-1A where was your case before nbc? I think by the time you gather the information they will approve your case.

For God’s sake there is nothing to be rude about. We are paying thousands and hundreds of dollars per application. It’s not free.

i am in a similar situation with EB1-A PD Jul-1,22 concurrent filing I-140 approved (should have done pp in retrospect). no action on i-485, AP for dependent yet to be approved. now. with retrogression I have no idea when AP will come through or when 485 might move..

my EB1A PD is January 2022, I140 approved in June 2022, AOS filed in July 2022. Recieved EAD in October 2022, AP in December 2022 but I485 still shows fingerprints taken 😕it’s been nearly 15 months.

people with India eb1 PD 2022 - need to wait at least 2-3 years. highly unlikely, it will accelerate like late Covid. Make amends, utilize the intermediate benefits like job portability (no supplement J for self petitioned, doesn’t even need a job and they can self petition in own business ), use visa as before. best that be done now.

@d s Yes that’s what experts are predicting. Every visa bulletin from now on we could see two months of forward movement in the FAD for EB1 India.
