This is what I was told: It can take 60 business days from the date the response is received to get an update on the case. Did you send it to a field office? How long has it been since you filed the I485?

@Moe cc my second RFE took 7 days to show up. Totally normal. After USCIS receives an I-485 RFE response, the online status may take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to change—and sometimes it never changes until a final decision. What they asked for second RFE?

@Leo Nebra My first RFE was for the medical exam, after that my case was transferred from NBC to the Chicago Field Office. The second RFE they asked for evidence that I have maintained lawful status since my entry to the U.S.

@Moe cc My first RFE was lawful status as yours and second RFE was medical exam. Now shows 8 days received response in NBC.

@Leo Nebra I think NBC faster than Chicago I have an Advance Parole document, but I’m honestly a bit worried about using it. I’ve had it for a year now but I never traveled with it before, and I don’t personally know anyone who used Advance Parole to leave and then re-enter the U.S. without issues. That’s why I’m a little hesitant.

@Moe cc I have travel document too and I traveled one time in Europe. Nothing was problem…

@Leo Nebra no question or Secondary Inspection ? did you traveled this year period trump? Do you have any expectation of when the approval might come? I think we are in the same boat
