second EAD approval
hello, yesterday I made a post that my case is taking longer than normal. My EAD expired along with my DL in April. I filed for second EAD, and today I checked lawfully and it was approved. My I-485 is still pending 1002 days today. Is my second EAD approval good news? in regards of my I-485? maybe they will pay attention to my I-485 now 😭

yea I hope they transferred your case to a field office. Thats what happensed to me after my AP was approved in May but at this stage I’d assume your case is already at a field office. if nothing happens over the next few months I think you have to sue. @Alira Galimullina

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I received an email a month ago, saying that my case was transferred from NBC to Washington Field office, after that I just contacted them and did an inquiry so immigration officer can contact me. waiting since then. called today, agent told me I should receive a call within 72 hours

Mine is over 32 months now in Utah. The processing time in Utah is 30 months now. But I can't send a delay inquiry until September 25. That what the CIS website says.

@Sam Ezzi even when my case was showing that’s it’s within Norma processing times, I still called. You should call them and get regular updates, maybe then they will get attention. I wish you approval!!!
