Second AR on 485 but Medical Not Sent Yet
Hi - my I-130 got approved in July 31st, 485 turned to activetly review at the same time, few days later I received a RFE for Medical and bonafide marriage proof from non-local field office(case status never changed). I took medical exam and waiting for results to come back. however, today, 485 went into actively review again. what does it mean? another RFE? or interview request?

I would talk to Emma to verify. I would also submit an answer to the RFE regardless, can never be tok careful.

@Neal Singh i am just waiting on civil surgeon to get me the sealed envelop and then I can submit everyrhing together for the RFE. but emma said there is no new RFE or interview request.

@Zhar KS - Everytime officer opens/review your file. you will get notified as active review. it's a good sign. approval coming soon

@Hanny G RFE for medical was issued on the same date as the I-130 approval. RFE letter came in mailbox after 4 days.

@Hanny G no. it changed after two weeks lol. and then they resent the same RFE again.

@Hanny G no. rfe never showed up initially and i received the mail on August 6th. but then out of nowhere on August 11th, status changed to RFE and August 14th it showed up docs tabs.
