@Iam Ricardo I had second actively review yesterday as well, nothing happened so far. Now i just see in myprogress it says 2 months, before it was saying longer than expected to process 🙄

guys be ready after activity reviewing if it pass 2 to 3 days no approval more likely you gonna be scheduled for interview it happen to me and few more people then after interview it goes into activity review again

ohh that’s what actually happened to me @tas smith but with USCIS, you never know for some others it hasn’t been same. crazy process

@Iam Ricardo no not yet. my interview was first waived then updated to actively reviewing them I got scheduled for an interview then after interview actively reviewing again. I believe I have my approval already by God’s grace 😁🙏🏾😭

ok @Pepertua A yea that’s my believe also🙏🏾my case is a little bit different I was interviewed back in 2021 get approved on spot but later realized that I was in removal proceedings so I had get it dismissed an then send the dismissal letter back to the field office but I refile my 485 hoping it would be faster

@Iam Ricardo it was okay. we’re separated so our lawyer told the agent from the get go. She asked my ex to describe the marriage, he said nice things. Then she asked cuties we’ve travelled together, quite a few so he told her. She asked who was inchage of finances and then pulled a picture and ask him who are those it in and only question she asked me is what’s my current spouse name and how many kids I have. Very brief and she was nice so we’ll see.

@Iam Ricardo look out for a second interview most of us have to do the second interview which is only i485 because i130 approved already but don't worry it's just whatever on the i485 so if they called you in just make sure to go over your answers on your i485 personal questions was like 5 the other questions for security reason may 10 are less

@Pepertua A so if even if you and your spouse are separated and you remarried, it’s still possible for you to continue with the application your previous spouse filed for you?

@child of grace you can’t legally be married to 2 people at the same time. it’s bigamy. But yea, you can be separated, as long as you’re not divorced before you get approved. All that’s needed is proving that marriage was entered with good intent and it’s not fraud. Doesn’t matter if you’re not together anymore as long as your spouse still wants to go on with the process. I always advise getting a great lawyer. Makes it a little bit easier

yea @child of grace probably trying to make sure 😅…the stokes was even more intense. Questioned us separately for an hour each. Asked everything under the Sun. Thankfully it went well. Fingers crossed. #hopeful
