EAD timeline is decided by your service center, the NBC, not your local office. And seem people are waiting 8-9 months to get the EAD from their priority date.

@lley JM, it might take up to 1-2 months, my field office is also Seattle which is the slowest , PD SEp 2020, bio Aug 2021 (yes, it took an year ) and got my EAD/AP in Mid SEp 2021. Still waiting for them to schedule interview,status changed ,to ready to be scheduled for interview right after bio. i think going by Seattle field office processing times, the interview wont happen in next 6 months. just hang in there and keep posting any updates. mine is also family based AOS. good luck.

@Sam pan, hello! so did your app updated right after your bio? Because I did not receive any notice about my bio and I asked them and that made me scary.. And also wondering when would I get mine 😭😭

@lley JM, dont rely on any app or even UScis online account, keep looking for your notice which will be sent to your registered address. the uscis online account is not updated 30-40% of the times. i got my EAD/AP but my Ap case stilll says, case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. i hope it gives you come clarity.

Hello I had my bio sept 27 - Oct 01 approval I-765 Oct 05 new card mailed

sam pan...well I sent in my application in August, did my bio last friday and went I got home my status changed to case is actively being reviewed since then. My case is aos-marriage based. That's ridiculous that your bio took a year. Crazy!

@rennay V , it did take an year for me and now waiting for interview , lets see how long it takes.

Iley JM national benefits center. But I filed my AOS and EAD in February and I had on my bio sept 27 . I have received my EAD today after 8 months.

@Rennay V, mine took almost a week to change the status on the app after biometrics. Your status changed anyways so sould be fine! don't worry!

@Stephanie S, I filed on Feb too. Also did my Bio on Sep.29 but still no EAD.. I hope I could get mine soon too 🤞🏻🤞🏻
