Unlikely. What's your income in your tax filing? Is it higher than the required amount?

my scholarship amount was 26K yearly

the scholarship amount doesn't matter - what matters is your taxable income (% of scholarship that was disbursed to you as cash) and whether that is above the threshold. 26K exactly is not enough anyway based on https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p and likely some of the scholarship went to tuition. You have to find a sponsor.

they don’t accept scholarship as a affidavit?@Forever Waiting

Generally, no. The documents you submit with I-864 is your tax return and W-2 or 1099. Scholarships can trigger a 1099 but only if you get more money than tuition. So, did you make more than $26,437 based on your 2024 tax return?

check your tax return for your total reportable income and go by that.
