Scheduled for Interview/Card Produced!
6/21/2021- received a notice in the mail for I-693 deficiency notice. (I will have to bring it to my interview)
6/21/2021- Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
6/24/2021- Interview scheduled for I-485 (Will recieve notice in the mail)
6/24/2021- EAD Card produced
I received RFE for form I-944 but never responded because it wasn’t needed anymore.
P.D- Oct 2020
No biometrics because they probably used my F1 biometrics
Currently on F1 visa studying Nursing!
I am so grateful🙏🏽. I hope everything goes well for the folks in this community. Please don’t lose hope and stay 💪🏽

Thank you Laura. Yes 🙌🏽 NBC (Location right now is showing Kankas City MO) But I filed originally in Alabama. I guess I will know once I get the interview notice.

@just me - that’s amazing that they used your fingerprints from F1. when did you start your F1 visa? I’m currently on F1 OPT too, but haven’t even received my biometrics yet. pd is oct 2020

Hey @Sath. I started my F1 in 2017. Finished my associate degree and did my F1 OPT. Completed my OPT February this year. I started my BSN this summer. I was surprised about the biometrics too. I pray you hear something soon dear. Keep up the faith!

@Omo Wobey, I really don’t know man. That is some big stuff beyond me. You probably need to get a database from the local government in your country from which you applied for visa showing that you’re not in the record for people that are married. When it comes to immigration, you really have to be careful. I hope you find a solution.
