@MD MD yeah I haven’t got much first week of July I was my last was last worked on June 27th but after that they haven’t said last worked date

@Alish r please can you share the prompt you used to ask Emma about the last time your case was reviewed? Everytime I ask it never answers, even when I connect with a live agent, they say they don’t have that information. Thanks!

@Dee I all I asked was when was the last time officer worked on my case. I got response couple times but recently they haven’t shared that info saying they don’t have access to it .
