San Francisco - Marriage Based Green Card
San Francisco filers, there’s hope! 🎉
Hopefully I’ll get my green card in hand very soon!
Also if it’s helpful, my EAD + Advance Parole combo card timeline is as follows:
April 8: Actively reviewing I-765
April 20: Expedited I-765 through Emma on grounds of financial difficulties (no response)
June 30: Expedited I-765 again through Emma
July 6: Case Approved (no documentation asked for)
July 8: Card Produced
July 11: Combo Card Delivered (EAD and Advanced Parole)
I also had to do my biometrics twice because they didn’t get all my fingerprints right the first time (I was told they won’t ask you for it more than twice).
I also traveled abroad with the AP for 6 weeks - I was taken in for secondary inspection for verification upon my return at the airport but no one asked me anything, they just stamped my passport and sent me on my way.
