I receive and RFE from NBC to send the birth certificate. I had included it on my package and send it again. I received the update on my case notifying that the RFE response has been received.

Does this reset the timelines, i read something about it?

@Sara ... how long did it take to get the response? I sent my medical after rfie and it's been 3 weeks and no update. I'm more worried if it was lost, how I will know. don't want to be a sitting duck.

@ two weeks later, I received the notification on the case status. it says we received your RFE response and your case is under process again.

i just received it, waiting for the letter at this point, i am not sure what is missing because it hasn't been even a year for the medical.

turns out to be birth certificate, i just got the letter, they are not happy with the second evidence trying to understand

talked to my lawyers everything we submitted was correct seems like officer was missed the requirements which is normally satisfactory.

just response received, 21 days ago, nothing else at this point, not sure ehy they are even holding it
