RFIE I-864
I got a RFE for my I-864. My husband just started working in the beginning of August and the year before he was in Germany. So his tax return of 2022 is just about $12,000. Now he's earning over the 125% of the poverty guideline but just can submit like 4 pay stubs. If we would submit these pay stubs plus a letter from his company about how much he's getting paid, would it be enough evidence? Or would this be too risky and I should obtain a joint sponsor?
Did someone make the same experience?

to be on a safe side, I recommend you to find a joint sponsor

you will still need a joint sponsor

Can the joint sponsor be my husbands uncle? He lives at the same adress but not with us. Or would he still be considered as household member?
