@J G RFE is a Request for Evidence and RFIE is a Request for Initial Evidence. Either way it seems USCIS is requesting more evidence in support of your I-140 petition. Did you self file your petition or did a lawyer file it for you? You will receive the RFE notice in the mail detailing what evidence USCIS requires. Be sure to reply by the deadline, ensuring your reply covers exactly what they are requesting. If you did file through a lawyer, I would suggest the lawyer helps with your RFE reply.

I can’t believe they gave you a RFE after 252 days?! that’s crazy and annoying - Nebraska please have mercy on us all, we’re already waiting long enough - also waiting for I-140 response - 182 days at Nebraska now

@Sodo 11 apparently this waiting time is normal for Nebraska now.
