I got a RFE for NIW and my lawyer sent everything that we have already sent and some more letter of recommendation, business plan updated and membership card and letter from company that I was doing research with.

for me RFIE was the same as a RFE

mine was initial evidence too but the letter came as RFE. I think it is the same.

I have submitted my response to RFE and it’s been more than 90 days without a decision. Any of you experiencing same? Tnx
