@Kings kay i got rfe last year after 38 months so mine was good faith marriage and shared residence so gave then what they asked for. it was photos of us, timeline and bank statements.

@Kings kay please do not take this RFE for granted. it doesn’t matter how long it has taken. Your response will determine the disposition of your case. I got an RFE for good faith marriage, proof of abuse and proof of cohabitation. I had provided all these documents initially when I filed but I guess it wasn’t convincing the way it was filed. The RFE was a second and final chance to convince them. The Humanitarian division is mostly fair and they adjudicate based on the merit of what you have provided. Today, I am permanent resident, Alhamdulilah. Treat this like a lifeline and a new application. address all the issues they have raised meticulously and in greater details. Turn your written statement into a bestseller, focusing on your resume, how you met, your courtship period, how you proposed, the wedding, life after the wedding focusing more on the good times, then drill down into the abuse. Also remember to get as many affidavits from those who know you. both together as well as those who witnessed the abuse (if any). I wish you the best.

update on the RFE: 1. Qualifying relationship. 2.Evidence of US citizenship of my spouse 3. Evidence of previous marriage divorce 3. Shared residence 4. Good faith marriage will be having a meeting with my Attorney later this next week.

update on my i360 RFE. I responded in June and it was acknowledged as received June 18th 2024. Today I just saw an update that an RFE on same i360 has been sent for additional evidence. anyone here with 2nd RFE on i360? I don’t even know what it’s gonna be about. I am yet to get the letter.
