The RFE I was waiting for finally arrived. They said the domestic tension I was experiencing wasn't covered by the VAWA. They want more evidence to prove emotional abuse. I experienced emotional abuse, not physical abuse. I've already submitted all the evidence. Now, I can't think of any other evidence besides the latest psychological report and the letters I'll receive from neighbors. What do you think?

your personal statement should have been worded in such a way they could feel your abuse. Most times emotional abuse doesn’t have documents to prove it apart from psychological evaluation. so your statement must be very strong

@Ko ka psychological report, my statement, affidavits from persons who knows about the abuse, pictures and joint bank statements
that’s it! my abuser hid everything from me including his citizenship status
so I didn’t have much
