I received RFE and it is requesting the proof of divorce of my husband’s first marriage. I now have that proof.
my questions:
1. do I just submit the cover letter they provided and the divorce decree (single copy?)
2. is it ok to just upload online through the link (I don’t need to mail)

send and upload. yes cover letter they gave you and what they asked for. just follow the directions they give you. if they say mail it then you need to mail it.
