RFE Supplement J for EB2-NIW?
Hi. My I-485 got a RFE asking for a Supplement J. I know it’s not required for EB2-NIW.
Anyone had the same situation ?
Did you send the Supplement J or a letter explaining it’s not necessary?

I did not send a supplement J, it’s king against the law since the law says it’s not applicable for NIW. the lawyer sent a letter in the RFE explaining that. it worded because I received the green card! it should be easy to do!
