RFE Status Update
have any of you mail a RFE to USCIS recently, if so how long did it took them to update the system to RFE received? i mail mine this week and they received on wednesday morning, but no update so far… any experiences…

mine take 1 day to update but no decision yet today is 70 days since RFE received

mine was for medical, its exactly 30 days today since they updated it to response to rfe. emma agents tell me to wait 60 days after they confirm receipt.

mine on 1 week they received and they updated in the system as they received it but still no response since September 15, 2022.

They received mine on 7/13, updated it as received on 7/18, and updated it as "we'll review your medical" on 7/25.

ask a live agent with Emma. My case never updated online that I even had rfe. I had to make sure everything was in.

@Rabir Rabir I went online to ask Emma. typed live agent, then selected chat with live agent, gave my receipt number, and confirmed my info. asked them if my rfe was turned in on time. They told me where it was and that they were processing it. They confirmed they had it, now just a waiting game with no idea if anything will ever show up online with the case.
